PMI is establishing a best-in-class Talent Acquisition (TA) function to support the growth of PMI's science, innovation and retail footprint during the most pivotal transformation in the company’s history. To realise that ambition, PMI Talent Acquisition is looking to hire a number of key individuals to drive, support and underpin the strategy. The Senior Project Manager within the Design, Capability and Assurance team will play a key role in enabling Talent Acquisition to deliver its portfolio of projects and programmes that will help close the skills gap and drive the PMI transformation. The role will work collaboratively with colleagues in the TA COE teams, as well as the regions, markets and functions to drive up the performance of the TA portfolio and increase customer centric outcomes that are achieved on time and on budget. The Senior Project Manager will also play a role in ensuring effective compliance with the standards and policies set by TA and the wider P&C function as well as being a guardian of the TA Operating Model and processes. The role is based at the Corporate HQ in Lausanne, Switzerland. •Lead TA projects/programmes of size, scale and complexity through all key project phases to deliver outputs on time, on budget and in line with the TA Design and Deployment principles, meeting all TA / Transformation governance and compliance standards. •Play a key role in supporting the Head of Design, Capability and Assurance with the delivery of key functional objectives, including TA Portfolio Assurance and Planning and the delivery of product road maps in conjunction with Product Owners and other SMEs. This may also include crafting TA policies and standards or developing TA capability plans to enable the TA strategy. •Provide assurance on TA project / programmes managed by TA COE teams, upskilling TA in managing projects and stakeholders and providing appropriate support including one-to-one coaching, toolkits and templates. •Interpret business requirements and challenges, translating them into successful Project Charters and plans, working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure programme benefits are clearly identified and quantified and partners are engaged effectively through all key project phases. •Drive a customer-centric approach to design that adopts the FFWD ‘test and learn’ methodology and harnesses the input from regions, markets and functions in the design and build of creative new products and services to deliver sustained customer-centric outcomes. •Complete change impact and readiness assessments to build and execute effective deployment plans, partnering with the Regions and Functions on the roll-out approach that correlates with the wider TA / P&C deployment activity. •Create, track and report status, timelines, budgets and quality during the entire life of the project, managing issues and risks as they occur including raising when appropriate. •Adopt and share standards, tools, standard methodologies, principles for cost, quality and productivity improvement, embedding project frameworks and standards in support of Project Based Organisation. You have: •Significant experience of the whole project lifecycle, including project management processes, techniques and tools. Demonstrable project management skills in initiation, analysis, design, build and test, transition and deployment. •Experience of working within a fast pace Talent Acquisition function, with breadth of knowledge of key hiring practices and policies and innovation in TA. •Consistent track record of delivery across programmes or projects using both waterfall and agile management methodologies, in a complex, multinational corporate environment. •Experience of user led and/or service design approaches to product and service creation, ideally with experience of crafting TA products, tools and policies. •Experience of change management tools and techniques, including change impact assessments and the build and delivery of global deployment plans across a complex regional and market landscape. •Strong Leadership, managing matrix project teams both regionally and globally, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis. •Stakeholder management skills to engage key stakeholders, including experience of building stakeholder maps and communication plans. •Knowledge of the PMI business to identify key risks and dependencies and help inform key programme decisions. •Excellent level in spoken and written English WHY WORK FOR US?
