You want a successful career start after your graduation? You have a good backpack full of theoretical knowledge and want to gain now practical experience? Then take your chance and join the METTLER TOLEDO 18 months Graduate Program (f/m/d).

We are looking for motivated and target oriented individuals willing to start their career within a challenging environment. Your responsibilities will be impactful, and will be structured to give you a good overview of the business, with mentoring by and collaboration with local management. The program will be tailored to you, depending on your studies and your preferences. Over a period of 18 months, you will be able to expand your knowledge and your network within three different Units.

Unit 1: Laboratory Weighing (LabTec)

LabTec is one of our Production Organization which gives you the possibility to see areas such as R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain Management or gain experience directly within our Production/Engineering.

Unit 2: Swiss Market Organization

Our Swiss Market Organization serves the Swiss market with all METTLER TOLEDO products and services. There are interesting departments to choose like Tele-Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Engineering or our Service Department.

Unit 3: Group & Corporate Functions

To work in a group or corporate function will help to understand how we operate on a global corporate level. Possible working areas would be Global Supply Chain Management, Corporate IT or our Business Transformation department (Blue Ocean).

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• A very good degree (Master-Diploma) in Engineering, Natural Science, Business Administration or Information Technology


• Initial relevant experience and specialist knowledge from internships, working student activities, etc.


• An entrepreneurial mindset, with a “can do” attitude, and a flair for technology solutions


• Resilience, commitment and a wish to go the extra mile


• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
