In order to reinforce our Consulting Team in Geneva, we are looking for a

Data Governance Project Manager

You will be responsible for the implementation of the Data Governance across the entire company. Your main activities relate to define and drive the roadmap for establishing a Group

Data Governance which aligns with the Group Data Management policy, the Group

Data-related directives and best practices.

Your Role:

• Conducting a preliminary assessment to baseline the Group current state on Data Management


• Providing recommendations to bridge the identified gaps by order of priorities


• Establishing and driving the roadmap to reach the Governance Model target end state


• Identifying and mobilizing the Data Owners and Data Stewards


• Enforcing Data Quality standards with monitoring of relevant Data Quality metrics (KPIs)


• Coordinating Data Quality remediation actions


• Engaging in Change Management initiatives


• Supporting the implementation of Data Governance tools and processes


• Developing the Business Data Glossary


• Providing support in Data related projects (e.g. CRM tool upgrade)

Your background experience:

• Strong experience in Data Management in a large organization


• Deep Understanding of Data Management Lifecycle


• Experience in Data Modelling, Data Design, Data Governance and Data Quality Monitoring


• Involved in data related project (BA or PM)


• Experience of Client Central File, Client Onboarding, Sales Process


• Excellent knowledge of Confidentiality in Data and Personal Data Protection


• You hold a project management certification (PMP, Hermes or Prince 2)


• You speak fluently French and English
