Project Management Officer with Avaloq

Currently we are recruiting for our client, an international bank, a pro-active, experienced and analytical-versed team player for its role as Project Management Officer with Avaloq skills.




Tätigkeiten:

• Focusing on digital strategy, development and execution of significant digital projects for clients as well as advisors


• Definition of Wealth Management digital strategy


• Manage change requests on the Avaloq core banking platform globally


• Act as a link between demand and delivery to ensure a smooth handover of approved changes into project delivery


• Functional focus areas are for example Client Onboarding, Cash Operations as well as Client Advisory
  


• Identify and review potential solutions for implementation as well as strategic fit in conjunction with Business and Technology Architecture


• Taking care of changes for governance approval in appropriate global Governance Boards


• Maintain and improve documentation standards, guidelines and quality of relevant documentation

Anforderungen:

• First work experience within a global bank or international consulting company


• Experienced in working with Avaloq
  


• Understanding of a Wealth Managers organisational, procedural and technological setup


• Experienced in business analysis / requirement engineering


• Experienced with projects in multiple of the core functional areas in scope such as Client Onboarding, Cash Operations, Client Advisory and so on


• Good communication skills with a broad variety of stakeholders and cultures


• Familiar in working in a challenging, fast-pased and global environment
