You will join the newly-built Sales Strategy Team, dedicated to shaping the global On sales organization. Linking to the regional sales teams, the Sales Strategy Team is at the hub of how we do sales at On, from sales concepts and tools over pricing up to channel management - just to name some. Being a team of two in the beginning, we will almost be like Sherlock & Watson - an inseparable duo that challenges the status quo and gets things done together.
