The Opportunity


We are excited to offer the position of Sales Strategy Coordinator to an entrepreneurial new member of our young and diverse team. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, decide quickly and give you high levels of responsibility.


Your team:


You will join the newly-built Sales Strategy Team, dedicated to shaping the global On sales organization. Linking to the regional sales teams, the Sales Strategy Team is at the hub of how we do sales at On, from sales concepts and tools over pricing up to channel management - just to name some. Being a team of two in the beginning, we will almost be like Sherlock & Watson - an inseparable duo that challenges the status quo and gets things done together.


Your mission:



  • Develop and establish global sales concepts and tools; define processes and standards and track their usage (good housekeeping) e.g. for sell-in, store visits, training and pricing

  • Digitalize and automize sales processes such as sell-in, sell-trough reporting, inventory management etc.

  • Support launches of global sales initiatives (from set up over roll-out up to controlling)

  • Support global sales and marketing campaigns (from set up over roll-out up to controlling)


Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:



  • You hold a degree in business economics and bring 1-2 years of experience in a global sales environment

  • You are familiar with global market structures and behavior; sales numbers and spread-sheets are your friends; building on this you'd like to become an expert for sales strategies

  • Experience in working on projects and tasks that involve taking future business developments into consideration instead of finding short-term solutions only

  • Managing people and their needs is one of your key strengths and helps you to effectively connect with people

  • Ability to tailor your communication to different target audiences such as internal and external stakeholders. Dedication to over-delivering (y)our promise and delivering a sense of WOW

  • You are fully fluent in English (written and spoken)
