You’ll work in the Zurich Headquarters together with a striving team and in daily interaction with various country teams all around the world. Your mission:



  • You are the person behind our Live Chat and will manage the whole variety of Live Chat Customer inquiries (on the spot and post-contact in our CRM system)

  • You gather and analyze customer feedback (personal feedbacks and data) to internally provide valuable community insights and kick-off process iteration cycles

  • You work with many crossfunctions within the company to keep yourself up to date with On’s happenings (product launches, campaigns, events) and involve the happiness delivery team

  • Strong collaboration with our E-Commerce and Webshop-Team to further optimize our webpage - all with the aim of going above and beyond our customer’s expectations

  • You create positive engagement with On's LiveChat community

  • Further build & strengthen the Live Chat Community to increase customer satisfaction


Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:



  • You are a “social native” – social interaction in digital communities comes natural to you

  • Experience from a Live Chat or Social Media Customer Care role, ideally from a sporting goods company

  • At ease communicating in multiple languages. You are fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus

  • Ability to multi task and provide fast responses to our customers to guarantee customer satisfaction

  • Always keeping the customer needs front of mind and a passion for creative solutions

  • First experience and intrinsic interest for social data reporting & social data analytics
