Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in this journey as a Learning and Development Intern, with the possibility of a permanent role after. You will support Learning and Development and be in the centre of every Learning matter at On. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering processes.

Your team

Your mission:

• You will be the backbone of Learning and Development to ensure that all Learning and Development operations run smoothly


• You will coordinate L&D sessions in different offices and support with the general organization


• You will actively work on our Global L&D calendar (updating and maintaining)


• You will participate in curating and updating content for our learning platform 


• You will prepare and update presentations, manuals and how to guides


• You will collaborate with different teams for varies L&D operations (collaborate with the IT team regarding format, with Marketing and Design for presentation, etc)

• A natural communicator, with an outstanding ability to connect the dots & to involve the right people


• Excellent skills with Microsoft office, dropbox and other tools


• Fluency in English, German is an asset
