The Opportunity

We are excited to offer the position of Sales Representative (Ireland) to an entrepreneurial new member of On’s (Uk and Ireland) team. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. 

Your Team

Key responsibilities include:

• Being responsible for all sales activities in Ireland, including product training, events and identification of new business opportunities


• Organise and execute all sell-in meetings throughout the year


• Active relationship management with partners


• Administration / Data management in CRM system


• Close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Department

• Proven work experience of minimum 2 years in sales, in the sporting goods or outdoor industry is a must


• Strong connections to networks within the sports industry in Ireland


• A passion for bringing sales intiatives to life in order to reach overall sales target


• Self-driven approach to organize the operational relationship management with our partner, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis, activation & trainings, events


• Building and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths and helps you to effectively connect to our retail partners, media, and marketing partners.


• Ability to excite our partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Possession of a diver's license is mandatory


• Fluency in English is a must.
