This role will offer you the opportunity to be at the very pulse of On's growth by supporting one of our co-founders and being and integral part of the marketing team.  This role is for someone who is passionate about running a smooth daily operations, working closely with a co-founder and thrives at being flexible in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

Your mission:

• Assist one of our co-founders in all aspects of their day-to-day work (coordinate agendas and meetings, arrange trips, plan offsite meetings, write content summaries, draft letters, etc.)


• Proactively prioritize of tasks for senior members of the marketing team


• Participate and organize Marketing projects including offsite and collaborations with external partners

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in supporting executive teams 


• An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged


• Strong ability to connect within the company and work in a team


• Strong operational mindset with attention to detail for planning 


• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people as well as our external partners


• Fluent in German and English (both, verbally and written) 


• Experience in Marketing roles / departments is a plus
