We are looking for an experienced operations controller to undertake all aspects of business unit controlling, including project and investment controlling, FTE/capacity management as well as budget and forecast preparation.
Your tasks
Project controller for CAPEX and ES300+ project portfolio
Finance Support for individual continuous improvement and strategic projects
Monthly reporting (mtd, ytd, forecast) of Cost Centers, FTE and Ops KPI
Ensure close loop of actual KPI developments with forecast and planning cycles
Input for business plan and budget through value driver KPI
Establishing a reporting for resource utilization and back log along the engine overhaul value chain
Provide level fitted and transparent information as basis for decision making
Monthly Reporting (flash, mtd, ytd, forecast)
Cost center controlling, FTE controlling (incl. staff requests) and consulting for cost center managers
Ad-hoc analyses
Your profile
Proven working experience as a business unit or project controller with operational focus
5+ years of overall controlling and finance experience with industry background
Excellent analysis software user (OLAP, excel) and administration skills
German and English are required
