For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Project Office Manager for a temporary employment from September 2019 until August 2020 (with option for extension).


Main Tasks


We are looking for a proactive, self-driven and friendly Expert Assistant (Team Assistant) to join our team. In this role you will provide support in respect of all day-to-day business and support
needs for our employees (> 400 employees).


The Expert Assistant will have the following responsibilities:



  • Establish the project management office in collaboration with the core team

  • Organize internal program and project-meetings (set agenda, write, edit and distribute minutes)

  • Enable and support the identification and tracking of project risks

  • Manage a program plan across several sub projects to ensure efficient use of resources while avoiding over utilization

  • Communicate, monitor and update tasks and project deliverables / milestones

  • Management of program- / project information to support the program- / project team, management teams (e.g. steering committee) and decision making

  • Act as a single point of control for program data

  • Cost and schedule control

  • Creation of status reports

  • Preparation of decision bases for the attention of the steering committee

  • Support in small projects

  • Administration of the project management tools and the project management file


Requirements



  • Completed apprenticeship as businesswoman / businessman

  • Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES) is an advantage

  • Excellent project management skills with several years of project management experience, focusing on projects with overlapping and competing schedules

  • Experience in enterprise-class project management tools and software

  • Strong organizational, methodological and communication skills

  • Ability to capture complex problems, analyze them and translate them into project management solutions

  • Agile and flexible thinker with ability to adjust to ever-changing priorities

  • Excellent language skills, both written and verbal in English and German

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio and MS Project, OneNote
