We are excited to offer the position of International Sales Coordinator to an entrepreneurial new member of our young and diverse team. Here at On you will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, decide quickly and give you high levels of responsibility. You will work in the International Sales team which manages our distributors’ markets; over 30 markets from Mexico over Norway up to South Korea. This role is for someone, that enjoys working with numbers and processes but is also strong in communications. We are looking for a person with a very structured mindset; someone that is always on top of their work. Sounds like your?

Your team:

In the International Sales team we serve our global distributors along the full value chain, from sales over marketing up to operations. While part of the team is dedicated to sales and marketing, another part is dedicated to operations, ensuring smooth professional processes and ease of doing business. At On we work towards one global face to the customer. Yet in markets as different as our distributors’ markets different ways of doing business have to be applied - depending on market specifics, language and culture. That’s why we are a team of “Global Citizens”.

Your mission:

• Manage the back-office of our distributors’ markets including order processing, invoicing and warranty handling


• Being fully responsible for managing accounts receivables


• Together with our operations team you will be managing logistics to ensure reliable deliveries


• Improve processes and ways of doing business


• Assist in the preparation and organization of the Global Sales Meeting

• You bring 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service environment with similar tasks


• You have a high numbers affinity and enjoy following predefined processes to assure a maximum of efficiency


• You are at ease when communicating internally as well as externally. Your customer-first mindset, along with professional patience and understanding, makes it easy for you to connect with others


• You are forward looking and action-oriented. Naturally, you have a “can do” attitude and you take pride in building rather than preserving


• You are fully fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
