We are seeking

An exciting HR Business Partner (HRBP) position has arisen in our fast-growing company’s headquarters in Lachen, Switzerland. An ideal start date would be 01.09.2019. The position is supported by a small HR team handling recruitment and operative HR tasks. The HR Business Partner is passionate about being a trusted advisor to a diverse range of 106 employees in Lachen (CH). He/she will support or lead HR change projects. This person will also provide leadership in the area of people management to local teams.

Your main responsibilities and opportunities

• Act as key point of contact for employees and managers in Lachen


• Build strong business relationships with key leaders in this location


• Manage complex and challenging HR projects (e.g. calibration sessions)


• Actively identify gaps and proactively propose and implement HR process changes where appropriate


• Facilitate employee relations discussions to bring the best solutions for management and employees


• Support Corporate HR (also located in Lachen) in global HR projects


• Be part of a larger international HR team and are supported by a small HR team


• Part of the role is shared with a Senior HR Person who handles all administrative HR tasks. This allows the HRBP to focus on HR projects and strategic objectives.

Your profile

• HR Generalist with Federal Diploma or BA degree in HR (or equivalent)


• Experienced with Swiss labor law and Swiss Social Security system


• Previous experience in a global HR and/or HR Generalist role is a plus


• Ability to build and strengthen trustful business relationships


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in German and English, any additional language would be a plus


• Passionate and sensitive about interacting with employees from different cultures


• Strategic thinker, who has the drive and standing to coach and advise our leadership teams


• Experience with global policies and/or compensation are a plus


• Experience with tools and modules of ”Success Factors” or another HRIS system


• Experience within a family owned business culture is a plus


• Willing to move in about 4 years to a new headquarter in Merlischachen, Schwyz
