We're looking for an Avaloq Developer to join us in Zurich.

What you'll do


We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Certified Professional to strengthen our team in Banking and Lending, Private Banking Services. The candidate is expected to provide strong skills in software development, requirements gathering and support to our application management team.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Avaloq parameterisation, development of software changes

  • Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality

  • Incident management, 3rd level support

  • Technical testing activities during release cycles

  • Candidate will take a shared responsibility for successful implementation of Projects


The skills you'll need


We’re looking for someone with software implementation skills in Avaloq and with a strong background of AMI and file handling in Avaloq. You'll need to have a solid understanding of PL/SQL as well as experience within the banking and/or finance industry.


We’ll also look to you to demonstrate:



  • More than 2 years of Avaloq parameterisation and development of customised functionality

  • A solid technical understanding of end to end workflow processes

  • Good experience in incident handling

  • Good integration experience with 3rd Party providers (scheme, networks, digital, etc.)

  • General software programming experience (agile methodology an advantage)

  • Performance tuning experience an added advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong English, German beneficial
