Online Performance Marketing Specialist (100%)

To reinforce our Digital and Marketing Team we are looking for a/an Online Performance Marketing Specialist based at our headquarter in Basel either immediately or by arrangement.

• Implementation and Monitoring of all E-marketing initiatives based on defined acquisition and profitability objectives: online sales, Revenue, in store traffic


• Enforcement of our SEO visibility (ranking, traffic, sales) via a content, local and site optimization roadmap


• Development and Analysis of paid search and PLA campaigns


• Involvement in other key performance marketing channels such as Affiliate Marketing and Retargeting


• Data feed management and optimization


• Control and optimize ongoing performance advertising budgets


• Providing timely communication between relevant departments and external agencies

• Degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing, digital or similar course


• 1-2 years of experience in online performance marketing as well as good knowledge and interest in the fields of search Engine (SEA/SEO), retargeting advertising and affiliation marketing


• Technical understanding and knowledge of campaign, onsite tracking and feed management


• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data and KPIs and derive optimization from them


• Native German speaker and fluent English mandatory. Skills in French and Italian will be a plus


• Proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Search Console


• Assured in handling MS Office applications (MS Excel)
