Lodging Administrator - Permanent contract - Bluche, Switzerland

You hold a higher commercial diploma (CFC Employé-e de Commerce), or equivalent qualification, 3 years of professional experience working in administration and, ideally, hospitality background (diploma in hospitality will be highly appreciated). You have outstanding customer service, organisational and communication skills. You are also a team player, flexible and eager to work in an international and multicultural environment. With excellent IT skills, you are fluent in English and French, both oral and written, and you are eligible to work in Switzerland. Then we are interested by your profile, as we are looking for a:


Lodging Administrator


who will manage the following missions:



  • Organize and perform all lodging day-to-day tasks, including the preparation of the students’ check-in and check-out, the organisation of campus tours and the preparation of different type or reports, among others.

  • Be the main point of contact for students, families and other stakeholders for any lodging requests, questions or complaints.

  • Update and maintain the Housing Platform Administrator System and other internal databases to ensure the team is working with the most reliable information.

  • Support the Campus Facility pillar with different administrations tasks, such as taking minutes in meetings and preparing different type of documents (invitation letters, procedures, etc.), among others.
