In this exciting position, part of our multi-cultural, service-oriented and dynamic Service Validation and Testing Team, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders focusing on ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements in projects are being properly tested and validated. You will be coordinating internal and external testing teams and be interacting with stakeholders at various seniority levels. In addition you will be working on test automation activities, either as standalone activities of the team or as part of projects.Key responsibilities
Create test strategies and test plan and act as the single point of contact with regards to testing activities of projects
Support and review the creation of test Scenarios and test Cases
Manage and maintain test environments with application Managers and the IT Service Transition team
Lead defects meetings, and ensure defect classification, prioritization and robust defect tracking
Participate in project steering boards or sponsors meetings and provide regular test management status updates
Coordinate internal and third party resources (incl. offshore teams) in executing testing activities
Work closely with IT and business users in the planning, test execution and defect resolution activities
Build and maintain the test automation framework
Build and maintain the Load and Performance framework and design respective approach for projects
Design, develop and execute Load and Performance scripts and support the test automation roadmap

Your profile
5 years’ experience in projects whereof min. 3 years as Test manager
Proven track record as Test Manager for mid to large size projects
Experience in the Swiss Economic Environment is desired, experience in Financial Industry is a plus
Software Tester Foundation, Advanced Level or equivalent desired
2+ years’ experience in design, implementation and execution of test automation
Experience with managing Service Providers desired
Experience with non-functional testing and test automation tools (e.g. JMeter, SoapUI, Tosca, Quality Center)
Self-motivating and self-guiding personality with analytical and problem solving competence
Organizational and facilitation skills and ability to communicate and present to all seniority levels
Experienced in the ITIL / TMMi / Cobit Framework is an advantage
Fluent in English. German is a significant plus
