• I nternal meeting scheduling and support of special requests


• Several years of experience in an function as assistant


• S upport in organization of congresses, medical education > Ability to work productively both independently and as
  courses, sales training, expert meetings and visitor tours part of a team in a demanding, high standards environment
  at the headquarter > Fluent german and english skills (C1 or higher)


• C ontract administration


• M ulti-tasking, independent, excellent communication and


• R ecord-keeping in english and german, including shipping
  organizational skills


• A dministrator for complaints and requests in the department > A bility to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle


• A ccount assignment in internal finance and accounting in multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confi-
  the department dential informations
