Your responsibilities
Execution of building services lots under the coordination of a technical project manager
Responsible for the mechanical Building Services scope (HVAC, louvers, plumbing, etc.) in terms of cost, quality and time
Coordination and provision of Concept und Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces
Preparation of technical specifications for the procurement packages
Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order
Supplier expediting during detail engineering (incl. documentation management and inspections)
Active Collaboration with arrangement planning, civil department, electrical department and process departments
Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot
Your experiences
Good Process and Product knowledge
Completed engineering degree techn. College/University (FH/ ETH) in the field of mechanical engineering or process engineering
Execution experience for the above mentioned Building Services Lots
Fluent in English (German of advantage)
Competence in planning and organisation, problem solving skills, high quality standards, assertiveness, team and communication skills
With basis on experience, recognizes possible solutions, adapts and performs in different situations
Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems
Experience with multidisciplinary project teams
