Senior Manager Commercial Analysis

Overview


As part of the Corporate Development team, the Manager Commercial Analysis is a crucial role within the company to moderate commercial decisions about product strategies and pricing at the intersection between Sportradar's four business units and its global sales organisation. The role's primary responsibility is the short-, mid- and long-term optimization of Sportradar's product portfolio towards its growing customer universe.


The Challenge


Strategically monitors a constantly growing product portfolio sold into a diverse, global customer universe, incl.



  • Analysis of the existing product and customer portfolio across 3 product verticals (BUs) to identify commercial opportunities

  • Review and optimization of product marketing and pricing strategies for existing products


Partners with BU and sales leadership to identify market growth, sales and pricing opportunities, incl.



  • Development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, new content and new regional markets

  • Development of innovative pricing strategies

  • Identification of bundling opportunities between BUs and development of new products


Develops and fosters reporting structure for ongoing sales activity and identified commercial opportunities, incl.



  • Development of operational KPIs and targets for sales efficiency, project and progress tracking

  • Reporting progress in commercial projects together with BU controllers


Moderates the intersection between BUs and sales



  • Institutionalisation of internal collaboration and coordination across BUs and sales (especially on cross-unit alignment and effective group-wide decision making and oversight)

  • Safeguarding group-wide strategic priorities and objectives

  • Develops deep understanding of key processes of the group and helps to make them reproducible


Your Profile



  • Extensive pricing and product strategy experience in a digital, hyper-growth environment

  • Experience in working in global organizations with customers in over 80 countries

  • Strategized and executed GTM strategies

  • Previous experience in Betting, SaaS or software industry

  • Bachelor´s/Master´s degree in Business Administration or related

  • Working knowledge across all sales disciplines including account planning, pricing, product bundling, KAM and controlling

  • Working knowledge of simultaneously dealing with small, medium and large customers

  • Experienced user of SalesForce

  • Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude and strong analytical, conceptual and out-of-the box thinking skills

  • Consulting background preferable

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and motivation skills

  • Culturally sensitive and aware
