As a member of our finance community you’ll be responsible for keeping accounting information updated, observing department and accounting policies, as well as supporting standardized accounting processes. Together with 3 colleagues you will be reporting directly to the Head Finance and Accounting.

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparation of statutory accounts


• Submit data for group reporting on time and quality


• Build financial analysis and ad hoc reporting


• Reconciliations with group companies accounts, banks, etc.


• Posting accounting entries, ensure proper filing of documents


• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable


• Prepare month end accruals and journal entries


• Keep proper and detailed register of fixed assets


• Elaborate and present tax filings according to local requirements


• Prepare and follow up VAT Returns


• Ad hoc financial analysis

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting


• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment


• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP software, SAP would be an asset


• A good team player in a small team with strong interpersonal skills


• Hand-on and flexible personality with a structured approach to resolving issues


• Good communication skills in English and German
