The company, composed of more than 160 employees, is headquartered in Geneva, with offices in Zurich, London, Amsterdam, Cape Town, Mexico City and Singapore.

We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Support and Maintenance Analyst to complement our team, in Geneva, within the Digital Division.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the Technical Support and Maintenance unit by managing and solving requests for correction, maintenance and update of existing systems


• You will contribute to the reduction of the technical debt


• As part of a growing team, you will have latitude and will be able to bring your new ideas to put in place innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the .NET Framework, C#, Web APIs, ASP.NET and Entity Framework


• Good knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript ES6, CSS3 and an experience with at least one SPA Web framework


• An experience with ASP Classic is a plus


• Good knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred)


• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as TDD, Continuous Integration, SCRUM, and good knowledge of GIT


• Good understanding of SOA architectures and design patterns, especially SOLID principles


• The position requires rigor, attention to details, patience and stamina


• Empathy and good communication skills are important to the job


• Comfortable working in a fully English-speaking environment


• Swiss or EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit
