The Data Operations team is responsible for producing quarterly financial and product reports for clients as well as internal monthly reports. This growing team looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on Operations Manager. This role with focus on reporting includes the following activities:

• Managing the reporting platform;


• Refining of stakeholder input;


• Preparation and testing of content change requests;


• Investigating and resolving of incidents;


• Providing first level support to Investment Controllers;


• Documentation, standardization and optimization of specific report configurations and their underlying processes;


• Coordination between IT, Investment Controlling and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and accounting or comparable;


• Experience in a similar role or in Investment Controlling;


• Relevant working experience in the financial industry;


• Affinity for IT and technology;


• Excellent German and English writing and communication skills;


• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills with a distinct attention to detail;


• Strong quality focus;


• Well-organized and reliable team player.
