As an Executive Assistant – Managing Partner your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Assistance of the Managing Partner in all organizational and administrative tasks incl. handling of e-mails;


• Appointment and travel management for the Managing Partner and the teams Investment Structuring Liquids, Middle Office Liquids / Operations and News Based Trading;


• Preparation of meetings, setup of telephone and video conferences and taking minutes in English as well as following-up on meetings and ensuring the implementation of discussed measures where applicable;


• Independent organization and execution of team events;


• Processing of expense reports;


• Depending on suitability and available capacities, additional responsibilities can be taken over.

Requirements

• Swiss commercial degree (or equivalent) with experience preferably in a similar role in Banking/Asset Management and further training as management assistant is an advantage;


• Experience in an international environment is an asset;


• Quick learner with an interest in Operations and Asset Management;


• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken;


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set clear priorities;


• High level of initiative, self-sufficient and accurate working style;


• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and high level of discretion.
