ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Gain tremendous exposure to senior financial services professionals while participating in client meeting and workshops

• Have multiple opportunities for leadership and visibility by developing high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings to client teams as well as Capco internal

• Design and develop project plans, perform or supervise the writing of test cases, test scripts, and definition of business scenarios

• Perform all testing activities and provide initiatives across one or more assigned projects, utilizing testing processes, methods, and software

• Be an active participant in use case development, process modelling, and functional documentation

• Work on the implementation of strategies and integrated solutions to address client needs

• Participate in Capco training programs to further expand knowledge of consulting, project management, financial products, process optimization techniques (such as Six Sigma), and a variety of other areas

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Bachelor’s degree is required, Advanced degree is desirable

• A strong focus in testing thought leadership, combined with proven delivery experience

• Deep financial service expertise with an intimate working knowledge of financial service customers specific application requirements, KPI’s, and quality assurance goals

• Five to Ten years of professional consulting experience in financial services, driving operational efficiencies, standardizing test tools, test frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, supporting delivery and the testing practice

• Proven experience in selling and implementing QA Transformation Services based on client needs, such as: Consulting, QA team restructuring, Tools optimization, Consolidation, and Developing end-to-end lifecycle testing frameworks with ROI, accelerators, and project repositories

• Proven experience in selling and delivering Testing Services for Project Delivery, such as: seasoned experience in managing the entire testing efforts throughout the entire project life cycle, stepping into and turning around failing high risk projects, developing test strategies and test plans, and managing test design and execution

• Track record in Business Development of consulting services

• Technical expertise in hands-on software development and technology operation experience, familiar with a wide range of technologies, and managing and/or working directly with industry leading and open source testing tools (e.g. Test Management, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, etc.)

• Financial Services domain experience

• Strong Test Data management experience and strong Functional Test Automation experience

• Strong Tools Optimization experience and industry and Test Tool certifications

• Fluency in German and English

• Flexibility to work in different cities in Switzerland
