To complete our team, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Advisor. In this job, your role is to understand consumer behaviors and digital trends in the digital space and translate them into an efficient and impactful digital transformation for the brand combining strong marketing skills and digital knowledge.

 
Key responsibilities 

  • Lead a digital transformation with data management and personalization at the core

  • Define the global digital strategy (website, CRM, Member program, social...) for the brand, including global e-business roadmap and drive agencies to deliver performing digital consumer experiences (Web, App, Email, Social Media, Consumer Service) as competitive advantages for the brand

  • Continuously improve NDG digital platforms (DTC, loyalty program and brand engagement programs) defining key initiatives and the roadmap in collaboration with the markets.

  • Inspire and initiate digital innovations to impact on brand performance and competitiveness

  • Work hand to hand with the other GBU marketing advisor and digital specialists to build a solid digital eco-system

  • Support markets in digital efficiency


 
Required Profile 

  • Min. 8 years’ experience specialized in Digital with a marketing background

  • Extensive knowledge of CMS, E-commerce, CRM including data management

  • Strong experience to deliver digital projects (planning, integration, improvements, roadmap), experience in advanced/innovative digital projects is a plus

  • Mastering Search, Google, social media, CMS and email marketing campaign and easy adaptation to new ones.

  • Strong ability to understand businesses, sales and marketing processes

  • Very interested on digital innovation, latest trends to inspire the business

  • Ability to manage a central or regional position, coordinating markets

  • Fluent in English.
