To support our Legal and Integrity Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an experienced, detailed-oriented and proactive business analyst with the ability to work in an agile environment as a:
Group Leader TMS Product Management
Your duties


  • Defining the future system strategy (Vision and Roadmap)

  • Supervising the work of the Product Ownership team (business analyst, product manager, UX/UI designer)

  • Creating, maintaining and sorting the Product backlog items according to the priority based on the overall product strategy

  • Attending Scrum meetings and working closely with the development team

  • Ensuring that the development team always has an adequate amount of tasks to work on

  • Obtaining detailed level of requirement from stakeholders and/or users and specifying acceptance criteria per user story

  • Prioritizing the work of the application test manager, and executing acceptance tests for critical changes

  • Organizing and preparing prototypes of the change requests with the product manager and UX/UI designer

  • Acting as an ambassador to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are kept up-to-date with progress and new features of the product

  • Building and maintaining a relationship with the stakeholders and users (internal and external)

Our requirements


  • Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field is an advantage

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, in particular Scrum

  • Understanding of processes involved in web software development

  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner of a web application for at least three years

  • Recent working experience as a consultant is a plus

  • Experience with working close to business analysts, UX/UI designers and development team

  • Very good knowledge of Project Management and Change Management processes

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and TFS, JIRA or similar

  • Fluency (spoken and written) in at least two FIFA languages (including English), working competency in all four official languages (English, French, German, Spanish) is an advantage

  • Strong leadership skills to move the vision and roadmap forward

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Self-confident, diplomatic and ability to work well under pressure

  • Team-player with capacity to develop and motivate team
