  • You the opportunity to join a highly motivated and diverse team in which you provide professional services to the business and IT domains through our IT Café and digital marketing channels to ensure internal product marketing, brand consistency, business engagement and client communication activities are aligned and delivered to our high standards

  • You a platform in this interesting role to define new functionality and features for digital content to further engage with internal customers and ensure digital outreach is as effective as possible

  • You the chance to build and update existing digital content (videos, print, web) with particular focus on designs for new online channels to showcase our end-user products and services through clear and user-friendly designs

  • You the opportunity to further develop clear, consistent and timely client communications, setting standards and ensuring compliance with branding and other policies

  • You the possibility to take care of  the development and implementation of globally aligned regional communication strategies to ensure consistently high standards in broadcast information


You Offer

 



  • A Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent education along with at least 5 years of experience in a financial institution or comparably large organization

  • Good experience of service and/or content management along with some industry experience in content creation (across web, print, video) and/or content audit, assessment and design to improve the user experience

  • Experience of UX/UI design principles along with a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media
    Interpersonal skills along with the ability to deliver on multiple assignments with the highest level of integrity and business ethics which will help you to build and maintain positive relationships

  • Flawless fluency in English with sufficient German to lead meetings and to present and negotiate agreements
