Ihre Aufgaben

Our Business unit is the global leader in the field of chemistry- and sampling systems used for the invention and development of new chemical compounds. Our team is international and we have innovation locations in CH and USA.

Product Manager 100% (f/m/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Responsible for new product development and its market introduction


• Creating business cases and writing market requirement specifications


• Defining the product price list and make sure all parts are sellable at product launch


• Supporting R&D in developing the industrialized product until market launch


• Growing sales and profit in our key industry segments and applications through new sales and marketing activities with strong focus on our applications 


• Monitoring and interviewing our Market Organizations and Customers on product health


• Collaborating with other Product Managers and Market Managers during the product development phase


• Developing new product specific marketing material and assist in training for sales and service organizations


• Last but not least creating, coordinating and leading phase out plans and actively inform the market during the phase out period
  

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• Scientific (Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry) University/FH degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with High-End Products/Value Selling within an international environment, ideally in a global matrix organization


• Experiences in Laboratory processes & applications


• Analytical approach combined with commercial acumen and strong customer focus


• Excellent communication and problem solving skills


• Very good oral and written communication skills (fluent in English and German are a must – every additional language is a plus)


• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%
