For one of our clients, an international organization, we are seeking for

On-line survey assistant - 60%

Your challenges

 Manage the process of survey creation from concept development to implementation in the survey software, testing, and launch. Advise also on dissemination and, on demand, on survey design.

 Assist in the analysis of moving to a different approach to servicing incoming requests for small-scale surveys



 Review draft survey texts to ensure that proposed question types are both suitable and capable of being reproduced

 Update and maintain customized templates and CSS, including separate customization for Arabic surveys

 Provide answer reports on surveys and/or set up self-service results dashboards for users

 Ensure conformity with W3C accessibility standards

Manage survey platform and user support, liaising with the platform provider (e.g.

administration, access rights, license renewal, support)

 Conduct training and provide support to fully enabled users

Editorial

 Edit draft survey texts to ensure correctness of language, clarity of expression, and

adherence to market research best practices and WIPO policies

 Guide users as to market research and usability best practices for surveys

 Create documentation and online guides to assist users in the initial drafting of their

survey content

 Provide model texts for each stage of the survey process, including approach and

distribution

Your skills

First-level university degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, public

relations, or other relevant field.

Experience with on-line survey platforms, market research, and/or communications.

Experience in project management.

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Knowledge of French.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective partnership and working relations in a multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
