Reporting to the Group Consolidation Manager, the Consolidation Analyst is responsible to contribute to the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements under IFRS, Monthly Management Reporting and any ad-hoc requests.
The position is based in Lausanne.

 

Responsibilities

• Ensure IFRS compliance of information disclosed in consolidated financial statements of the Galderma Group


• Contribute to develop and maintain the Group's Accounting Manual and reporting guidelines


• Participate in the Monthly P&L and Balance sheet review and review of main variations and non-recurring events


• Contribute to transversal analysis (Tax proof, Change of Equity, Cash Flow …)


• Coordinate the reconciliation process of group intercompany transactions


• Support and advise the local financial teams on accounting and reporting matters


• Actively support internal and external audits of financial statements and corresponding reports


• Participate in other reportings (Employee Benefits, Country by Country reporting ...)


• Participate in Finance Department projects (P&L simplification, implementation of new consolidation tool …)

Required Experience

 

• Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting


• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial reporting with deep knowledge of IFRS obtained in a multinational group or consultancy company. Special interest for IFRS 9, IAS 12 and IAS 19


• Previous experience of audit background gained in a Big-4


• Proficiency in English


• Solution-oriented thinking, flexible and with a hands-on mentality


• Knowledge of SAP FC (Magnitude) / HFM Hyperion consolidation software or similar tool is a strong plus


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


• Motivated and pro-active individual


• Works independently as well as in team
