experienced drug developers and computational biologists. The company is
recognized as a key player in the ASD drug development space and a pioneer in NDDs
precision medicine.
STALICLA’s first therapeutic package - STP1 - addresses a distinct sub-group of ASD
patients estimated to 1.5-2M people in the EU and North America.
To support STP1 development and create strong value for all stakeholders, STALICLA
has developed a network of top tier research and clinical partners and established IP
as a strategic priority.
STALICLA is currently applying its disruptive discovery model to advance new
pipelines for additional groups of patients.


The Role
As a rapidly growing company, STALICLA is currently expanding its teams and
offering an entry-level Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator position.


Under the direct supervision of the CEO’s & Company Office Manager, the Junior
Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator will be providing a wide range of
administrative and office coordination support to facilitate the efficient running of the
office.
He/She will support the Office Manager & the CEO through a variety of organizational
tasks and will ensure that his/her duties are performed accurately and delivered with
high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Answer, direct phone calls or take accurate and specific messages

  • Maintain CEO’s and Company’s contact lists

  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail

  • Prepare outgoing mail, courier, shipments etc.

  • Maintain and assist in the optimization of the paper and digital filing system

  • Prepare office supplies orders

  • Verify and report receipt of supplies

  • Assist in the booking of travel arrangements

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of invoices

  • Report preventive maintenance requirements

  • Assist in maintaining staff absence records

  • Carry out administrative duties such as copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Draft letters and emails

  • Book meeting rooms, taxis, couriers etc.

  • Greet and assist visitors into the office

  • Prepare meeting rooms and serve refreshments

  • Run on occasional errands

  • Handle every information in a confidential manner

  • Serve as a proxy and back-up personal assistant to the CEO


Requirements:



  • A first administrative or hospitality experience is an asset, but not mandatory

  • Minimum C1 English level absolutely mandatory – French is an asset, but not
    mandatory

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – impeccable spelling and
    grammar

  • Typing Skills – minimum 45/50 wpm

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent telephone manners

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office in Mac environment, an asset

  • Professionalism

  • Flexibility

  • Resistance / resilience to stress
