MISSION


As a hands-on, transformational leader, you will focus on building our Operational Excellence capabilities and a culture of continuous improvement to strengthen and streamline our operations and eliminate operational waste. Working with our diverse and fast paced teams across all business areas, you will identify key improvements to maximize business value and efficiency, and you will drive their execution. Finally, you will provide solid analytical support for all Operational Excellence teams to improve daily operations.


 


MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES



  • Execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap to drive end-to-end process optimization

  • Lead Projects to deliver site OpEx Policy deployment roadmap. Use data, information value streaming and analytics to diagnose problems and develop business cases to drive increased efficiency and improve employee experience

  • Provide definition, development and implementation of standard operations frameworks working with all the functional areas

  • Lead the roll-out of effective training programs on improvement tools such as: Lean methodology, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, dashboards, shop floor management, etc. including the development and maintenance of an active pipeline of practitioners throughout the company

  • Define methodologies to ensure consistent tracking of the continuous improvement plans and initiatives, including necessary technology implementation

  • Analyze trends/benchmarking data, identify opportunities for leverage, set and keep focus on goals, utilize resources effectively and anticipate issues

  • Support the site across functions and departments as well as smaller scale quick win events; make sure working with the leads we have effective resources assigned to projects and timely completion of deliverables throughout all phases


 


PROFILE



  • Master’s degree in advanced process engineering or equivalent experience

  • Certification in Lean/Six sigma and PMP Project management with 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience in people management (preferable)

  • Exceptional attention to detail with ruthless pursuit of excellence

  • Excellent analytical, planning, conceptual thinking and execution skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English C1, French C1), including the ability to explain sophisticated concepts to business stakeholders

  • Ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix organization

  • Strong results-orientation and proven skills in complex problem-solving

  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to lead multiple initiatives with competing demands for resources

  • High integrity, honesty, ethics and consistency in leadership

  • Positive attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate others to their best performance
