We are looking for a talented Senior Front-end Software Engineer to join our growing team in Lausanne. Pix4D develops drone photogrammetry software and products that enable tens of thousands of professionals around the world to process, visualize, assess and edit their own maps and 3D models.

As a member of the Cloud team, you will play a central role in the design, development, and delivery of an Angular SPA that enable our customers to analyze and share geographical data (2D and 3D) on the web. Our work involves agile practices, tested code, code reviews, and continuous delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect, build and deliver complex web applications based on modern Javascript


• Lead feature implementation from the idea to the last details


• Collaborate proactively with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers using an agile process to build world-class, user-focused solutions


• Investigate cutting-edge technologies, and share the knowledge with teammates


• Build a fantastic product

Requirements

Basic Knowledge

• At least 3+ years of proven experience with front-end, single page application framework, and technologies


• Experience with Javascript framework like Angular or React


• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken

Preferred Knowledge

• At least 5+ years of proven experience with sofware engineering


• Good sense for user experience and usability


• Experience with WebGL (e.g. ThreeJS, PotreeJS)


• Experience with map technologies (e.g. OpenLayers, Web-GIS)


• Experience working with API (Rest, WebSocket)


• Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills
