Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation 


Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Banking & Finance

We offer:

• A challenging role to experience the dynamic market environment of Private Banking International in a highly motivated team with a direct reporting line to Market Area Senior Management


• In this position you have the opportunity to develop and implement business-, market- and risk specific projects and initiatives


• You monitor and analyze key risk indicators and financial figures and work closely with Senior Management and other partners when defining and driving Market Area specific actions


• You are in daily contact with our Client- and Relationship Managers on relevant risk processes related to client documentations, complex account openings, supervisory controls, client reviews, S&A, AML and KYC matters


• Support Market Leader for related Market Management activities, including defining market strategies and monitoring of market rules


• You act as key liaison with FLDS and Compliance departments ensuring efficient communication and implementation of initiatives initiated by such control functions


• Support Senior Management to maintain high risk awareness in the Market Area and coordinate respective educational measures with control functions


• Responsibility for a variety of tasks and ad-hoc queries in the area of business management with the ability to learn new things


• An interesting platform with high management attention with the potential of growing within our organization and building your personal network


• The opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into the Private Banking Business, ranging from products, investments, reporting to marketing & communication and system development
