Job description


To support our growth, Open Web Technology has an immediate opening for an Associate Partner with 10 to 15 years experience in Consulting or IT Developpement. This operational position will be part of the Geneva office.


Reporting to the Geneva Location Manager and closely working with our Managers and Senior Consultants, the Associate Partner will acquire clients, develop existing accounts, manage the delivery of projects and take ownership of local management tasks. The target billability is 50%.


Roles and responsibilities


Initiating and supporting our clients in the definition and the roll-out of complex digital and IT solutions.



  • Finding opportunities for digital transformation projects

  • Taking ownership of the sales process for new clients from initial contact to deal closing

  • Growing existing clients and managing the relation (account management)

  • Managing the delivery of project by playing an active role 1. as Engagement Partner for the client and 2. as an inspiring team leader for the delivery team

  • Playing an active role in nurturing a strong network of IT managers and Digital leaders in the targeted region.

  • Responsible for a sub-set of operational tasks

  • Mandatory presence to Codir bi-weekly meeting (remotely)

  • In charge of organising a bi-weekly Codir Extended meeting with his team (organized by function)


Taking ownership of local management tasks as leader of a Codir Extended team leader (domain to be defined)


Qualification


A Master degree in Technology and Engineering is required. An additional Master in Business Administration would be a strong plus.

Mandatory Skills


The Associate Partner we are looking for should have the following skills:



  • Having worked in an IT or Consulting firms for at least 10 to 15 years with a focus on digital services or new technologies in the region

  • Having a key account management experience

  • Strong business acumen

  • French native, fluency in English, German a plus

  • Technical IT & Digital enthusiast with keen interest in business and strategy

  • Understanding of business challenges, digital business models and business processes

  • Practical experience in leading projects to deliver end-to-end complex systems and familiar with standard project management methodologies

  • Eager to learn and master new technologies

  • Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at different levels within the organization

  • Stress resistant, flexible

  • Dynamic, pushy, proactive

  • Mobile (potentially travels in Europe).
