We Offer

 

  • An exciting role in the Risk Appetite team within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Switzerland

  • Management of Risk Appetite Framework for the Legal Entity Switzerland and Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) in alignment with CS internal and regulatory requirements

  • Assessment of key risks and expansion of the existing framework and concepts to ensure a stringent and focused framework in alignment with business strategy and risk profile

  • Establishing new risk measures and meaningful underlying assumptions and methodologies

  • Support running the Risk Appetite process for Senior Management in coordination with the central ERM, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk and reputation risk functions as well as with meaningful finance and front office functions

  • Executing the process of Risk Appetite setting as well as continuously assessing whether governance, internal controls and business activities are commensurate with agreed Risk Appetite levels

  • Crafting, streamlining and maintaining front to back processes in regards to Risk Appetite Framework operation, reporting infrastructure and governance

  • Possibility to present and communicate with Legal Entity Switzerland, SUB and CS Group Senior Management and Regulators with regards to regulatory Pillar II topics, especially in regards to Risk Appetite

  • Opportunity to gain profound insights into ERM and the incorporation of the risk appetite framework as key regulatory Pillar II topics at a leading bank in Switzerland

You Offer

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in banking & finance, quantitative finance, economics or a related area

  • At least 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in risk management, financial accounting, or similar function. Experience with enterprise risk management considered as asset

  • Are you a standout colleague with the ability to work across different areas and to engage effectively with key partners?

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are highly motivated with a positive personality and enjoy to contribute to a tea

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-coordination skills

  • Are you curious and willing to continuously improve ERM?

  • Strong analytical thinking to pick up new concepts quickly and dedication and ability to produce high quality, accurate work, under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Do you have profound skills in MS-Office, particularly with Excel and Power Point?

  • Are you fluent in English and feel comfortable to communicate with all significant key business partners? German is an advantage
