Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd in Geneva is looking for a candidate to fulfil the following mission statement:


CFO Technology & Operations’ unit


YOUR MISSION:


  • Partner with the T&O CEO to align business, BPO and IT strategies and maximize the value of IT investments;

  • Responsibility for the design, implementation, monitoring and communication of business and financial KPI’s;

  • Responsibility for the financial controlling and the implementation of quality controls on key data used to manage the unit. Ability to propose concrete actions to monitor the business;

  • Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting processes;

  • Joint responsibility with Private Clients finance for the definition of analytical allocation rules for T&O costs;

  • Responsibility for the revenue calculation and billing of external T&O clients.

  • DESIRED PROFILE:


  • Strong analytical and communication skills ;

  • Understanding of private banking IT and operations drivers ;

  • Proven management skills in similar positions ;

  • Knowledge of SAP a plus ;

  • Fluent in French and English ;

  • Workplace Geneva.
