Job Description


Position und Responsibilities



  • Work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Design Organisation Exposition (DO-Handbook), Production Organisation Exposition (PO-Handbook), Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications

  • Ensure adequate communication and liaison AMAC internally and especially within the Engineering Team, Maintenance and the Production Team


Main Activities



  • Handling and administration of the Technical Library

  • Handling and administration of A/C and appliance OEM Manuals and Data (E.g. AMM, SB, SIL, Vendor Data-Sheets, Technical Specifications, Procedures)

  • Handling and administration Personnel Qualification System

  • Support the Director of Quality Assurance & Design Organisation in administrative and organisational aspects


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Several years of practical experience within the aviation environment

  • Active / former holder of Aircraft Maintenance Licence preferable

  • Several years of experience in functions related to quality assurance and / or quality inspection

  • Detailed knowledge about EASA Regulations Part 145, Part M and / or Part 21 Subpart G and Advisory and Guidance Material

  • Ability to establish and write handbooks, procedures, technical instructions and audit-reports

  • Very good communication skills in English as well as in a second language (French or German)

  • Have a pro-active approach towards daily measurable activities

  • Ability to direct audit situations
