Senior Project Construction Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing, coordinating and implementing real estate projects through completion of construction for existing and new facilities

  • Project leadership, budget responsibility and process management

  • Ensuring engineering objectives and updating of the work planning

  • Cost controlling during the project execution

  • Follow-up and timely delivery of engineering documentation from different contractors/suppliers

  • Supervising installation and commissioning of electrical equipment & systems

  • Monitoring all works at site to meet engineering and construction standards

  • Establishing and building a long term effective and professional working relationship with internal and external clients

Your profile:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Around five years of work experience in project management from the construction sector (ideally electrical construction projects) or power sector 

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and analytical capacity

  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers and partners (local and international)
