Responsibilities & Profile
Your contribution to KPMG
Play an important part in the employer branding and communicate relevant HR topics to the different departments and at corporate level. This includes: Planning and preparing of topics, coordinating and setting up of communications schemes, planning and implementing campaigns, photo search
Draft, reverse and publish texts for our intranet/internet in German and English
Write and send newsletters to internal stakeholders
Tell our KPMG-Story in various digital media
Proofread internal as well as external texts for HR personnel/teams
Assist your colleagues with internal projects
Work closely with our Employer Branding / External Communications and Internal Communications teams
This is what makes you successful
Bachelor's or master's degree (university or technical college level) in communications, marketing or a similar subject
Excellent English and very good German language skills
Several years of experience in corporate communications / PR / marketing / journalism
Structured, well-organized and independent way of working
Resilient, creative and service-oriented personality
Experienced in working together with different hierarchy levels and in collaborating with agencies

Your salary in this position will be in line with industry standards and will depend on your professional experience and education.
