Responsibilities & Profile


Your contribution to KPMG



  • Play an important part in the employer branding and communicate relevant HR topics to the different departments and at corporate level. This includes: Planning and preparing of topics, coordinating and setting up of communications schemes, planning and implementing campaigns, photo search

  • Draft, reverse and publish texts for our intranet/internet in German and English

  • Write and send newsletters to internal stakeholders

  • Tell our KPMG-Story in various digital media

  • Proofread internal as well as external texts for HR personnel/teams

  • Assist your colleagues with internal projects

  • Work closely with our Employer Branding / External Communications and Internal Communications teams

 

This is what makes you successful



  • Bachelor's or master's degree (university or technical college level) in communications, marketing or a similar subject

  • Excellent English and very good German language skills

  • Several years of experience in corporate communications / PR / marketing / journalism

  • Structured, well-organized and independent way of working

  • Resilient, creative and service-oriented personality

  • Experienced in working together with different hierarchy levels and in collaborating with agencies

  • MS Office (particularly PPT) / possibly image editing programs (Adobe / InDesign)
