For our Swiss Employee Car Fleet, we are looking for a Fleet Co-ordinator 50 %

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the Safe Fleet (SF) program in Switzerland (Sales & Management vehicles)


• Handling change for all safety activities in regard to employees joining or leaving the fleet


• Organizing driver training in alignment with external partners such as TCS


• Communication of minimum safety standards to members of the safe fleet and leading related activities


• Checking qualifications such as driving licenses


• Collating information related to the safe fleet activities


• Reporting data related to mileage and safety incidents to internal partners and the business


• Investigating incidents in partnership with employees and supervisors and give recommendation for improvement or timely resolution of issues


• Ensuring that the SF team is active & effective


• Co-ordination with external parties (TCS, Swiss Post) and general promotion of SF


• Implementation of SF Communication plan

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Understanding of Risk Management


• Positive sense of urgency towards achieving results


• Service orientation: recognizes, anticipates and meets customers’ expectations


• Good understanding and fluent use of Microsoft Office Applications


• Good command of English spoken and written


• Basic competency in the German language is a big plus


• A Safety qualification is a plus


• Ability to work independently


• Flexibility and an agile working mindset
