Your responsibilities
Direct commercial administration of site & installation lots including SAP PO registration, invoices approval, costs forecast and purchase orders follow-up
Day to day assistance in CC Subcontracting & project Purchase Orders issuing and expediting
SUMO (supplier database) administration – contractors’ approval, RFQ preparation and issue, forum administration
Support sourcing & subcontracting strategy for projects
Analysis of received offers
Negotiation of related project installation lots including site procurements lots
Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to subcontracting processes
Supports the department in achieving objectives including close cooperation with C&C ME tendering team
Supports & deputies for Head of TES & PCM for subcontracting issues
Your experiences
Ideally commercial & technical education with the market experience
procurement, commercial department) from technical industry (power, general industry, others)
Technical or commercial education
Project management experience
Knowledge of Sourcing, Bidding and Category Management
Knowledge of SAP, MS-Office and eProcurement solutions
Negotiation skills
Understanding of supply contract law (Swiss & Anglo Saxon)
Understanding of QA processes appropriate to Supply Markets
Ideally multilingual with Fluent English (German would be an asset)
