Head of Voice and Datalink (f/m/d)

Location: Zurich or Geneva

Description

• In this role, you will be responsible to deliver the Communication Service and to shape the future of the CNS (Communication, Navigation and Surveillance) division by ensuring the strategic development of the Voice and Datalink Communications Service.


• In collaboration with the technical and operational management, you will define the medium- and long-term strategy of the product domain COM, in order to support the development of our civil and military operations, as well as our third-party customers.


• Lead, manage and develop the Voice and Datalink Communications domain Maintain a platform on which the required maintenance (RUN) and engineering (CHANGE)

Expectations 

• Engineering Degree


• Leadership and hands-on experience in the area of Voice and Datalink services


• Entrepreneurial thinking


• Strong customer-orientation


• Goal and result-oriented management style


• Very good communication skills in English (oral & written)
