Your responsibilities

• Engineering of ESS, traction and auxiliary systems and integration into the vehicle


• Provide support for product management during concept and proposal stages


• Oversee management of international customer projects at a technical level


• analyze and clarify customer requirements


• draw up specifications for system components and liaise with suppliers to discuss technical details


• Verify and validate systems/products in the laboratory and/ or field


• Provide professional input with regard to system design

Your background

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications


• Proven track record in the field of power electronics and drive systems for rail vehicles


• Ability to fast absorb expertise in the development of ESS with Li-Ion batteries for traction applications


• Independent, structured, and goal-focused approach to work


• Well-developed communication skills and team spirit


• Good command of German and English, preferably complemented by additional language skills


• Willingness to travel as part of occasional business assignments
