ROLE DESCRIPTION 

• As a Consultant at Capco, you advise our customers in the insurance and financial services environment and are committed to expanding their digital business models, processes, IT systems and organization


• You will accompany various project phases from strategy and requirements analysis to the technological implementation of transformations


• In a team you take on responsibility at an early stage and together with your team you develop work results which you present to our customers.


• You advise our clients on current challenges in areas such as insurance, digital innovation, transformation, integration and automation, platform economics & ecosystems, partnerships & sourcing as well as agile work practices & change management.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

• A successfully completed university degree


• Interest in the development of unconventional solutions that focus on the customer experience and are developed together with our customers


• Relevant practical experience in implementing projects in a digital environment or as an entrepreneur, e.g. in a start-up/tech company


• You have advantageous consulting experience in the insurance sector


• You are a team player with a high level of initiative, commitment and assertiveness


• Fluent in German and English


• Willing to travel
