Your responsibilities

• Responsible for managing global business, system & digitalization projects from concept to implementation


• Promote emerging digital technologies and articulate the digital future and ABB’s role in it


• Champion the needs of the digitalization throughout the development process


• Translate the business strategy into clear project roadmap


• Developing project scope, objectives, and value stream mapping


• Define & manage business and customer requirements, project milestones, financial business plans, risk analysis, and stakeholder management


• Lead and manage project teams


• Measure project performance

Your background

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or any other related fields


• Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale OPEX & digital projects


• Able to provide support in configuration requirements, integration decisions, and technology process improvements


• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt is a plus


• Result and quality oriented as well as strong customer oriented


• Able to work highly independent and take self-initiative


• Excellent organization and planning capabilities and structured way of working


• Fluent in English, German advantageous
