The Private Markets financial operations team is looking for a dynamic, committed and self-motivated treasury specialist. This role includes the following activities:

• Support coordination between deal teams, legal counsel, fund controlling and service providers on investment deal funding execution;


• Review of investment deal closing schedules and allocate appropriate funding;


• Process capital calls and distributions;


• Calculate and prepare periodic investment fund invoices; 


• Relationship management across a broad range of internal teams and stakeholders;


• Active involvement in various projects and initiatives implementation;


• Other ad-hoc and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Commercial education (Swiss KV degree or equivalent qualification);


• 3+ years experience in an accounts payable or in a payment process position;


• Prior experience in a treasury function within fund management business is an advantage;


• Strong communication skills (both written and oral) as well as strong interpersonal skills;


• Deliver quality results and meet demanding deadlines during quarter ends while working under pressure;


• Fluency in English a must, German and/or French is an asset;


• MS-Office literacy.
