Our newly established high-tech company is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist who wants to shape and optimize the appearance and visibility of our company in the real – and even more within the digital, world. Become an important team member and help us to establish our patented cutting-edge additive micromanufacturing technology worldwide.

Your challenge

• Create and execute digital marketing communication


• Execute PPC campaigns that drive results and demonstrate ROI


• Manage and segment CRM database to support lead nurturing


• Ensure a best practice SEO approach is taken for the website channels


• Take a lead on optimizing the company website, landing pages creation knowledge is a plus


• Performance analysis and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns


• Content creation and management with internal and external partners 


• Actively support events like scientific conferences, exhibitions etc.


• Ensure the brand is respected in all communications and brand messaging is consistent


• Take an active key role in our continued and sustainable growth 

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years digital marketing experience – with a focus on social media management, PPC, SEA, performance management
  


• Previous experience in an SEO role is an advantage


• Web analytics and Google Analytics skills for in-depth-analysis and reporting are required


• You are skilled in working with CRM and in lead nurturing


• You have an excellent knowledge of content marketing tactics - online and offline


• You have an affinity for the latest Web technologies, HTML and CSS skills are plus


• You have at least basic experience in offline marketing communication (preparing brochures, flyers, fact sheets)


• You have basic skills in Photoshop, Indesign


• You have a high level of initiative and self-motivation


• Very good spoken and written language skills in English


• German is a plus


• Work eligibility in Switzerland: CH passport or passport from an EU or EFTA country
