Business Development Co-founder

Goal of the post


You will be responsible for leading Bubo’s efforts to tackle the market, grow our community and set a strategic direction to our sales and marketing efforts.


You will in full collaboration with our team to help us deliver a product that our customer will love. You will also be responsible for helping to lead our partnership efforts with established book publishers. By understanding the industry and economic trends, you will be able to accurately forecast marketing projections, and lead the team's strategies for success.


Responsibilities


Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals 


Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals 


Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns 


Liaise and pitch to investors and potential partners


Qualifications


5+ years of executive level experience in sales & marketing 


Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of French and / or German is considered a plus 


In-depth SEO & SEA knowledge 


Desirable experience in culture/entertainment industry (book or music being a plus)
